Jessica Aiello

CEO and Integrator, TCS

Jessica Aiello is the Founder and CEO of TCS Teams, one of the largest portfolios of communication access companies in the nation, serving the federal government, Fortune 100 enterprises, and the Deaf community her family has belonged to for three generations. Her work rests on the TCS vision that access is the bottom line. When access is provided, people participate. Participation leads to connection. Connection leads to belonging. And belonging is not an initiative, it's the condition every other initiative depends on. She is also the Head of Community and Vision at YEC.

A CODA, the hearing child of two Deaf parents, she took over her parents' company in 2008 and scaled it to multimillion-dollar growth without business school, venture capital, or a roadmap. Resilience, adaptability and optimism are the daily tools in her toolbox. Her ideas have been featured in Forbes, Success Magazine, and Kiplinger's.

You can find her on international stages sharing on the most underestimated force in leadership. Her signature keynote, In Search of Belonging: Belonging Is an Inside Job, shows leadership audiences, from HR conferences to EO and YPO chapters, the inner work required to scale a company without losing fulfillment and well-being along the way. She also leads private trainings for leadership teams, in person or remotely, in English and ASL.

Kevin Bendickson

CEO and Integrator, TCS

Kevin Bendickson is COO and Integrator at TCS Teams, where he translates vision into operating rhythm, turning ambitious growth goals into the systems, people, and processes that actually deliver on them.

With over 25 years in operations and leadership spread across various sectors (retail, non-profit, healthcare) for Fortune 50 companies, including work with formerly incarcerated individuals and post-acute care teams, he has led teams ranging from fewer than 30 to more than 3,500 people, driven by a passion for creating hope and belonging where it doesn't currently exist. He has led leadership workshops ranging from intimate groups of 5 to rooms of more than 350 leaders, helping teams get clear on what "great" looks like and aligning their teams.

When he isn't building operating systems or coaching teams, Kevin is a husband of 21+ years to his incredible wife Alisa and father of four, doing his best to stay present for a compressed window of years before his kids leave the nest. He loves coaching and playing hockey in the winter months (well its like most of the year) and lake time, boating with friends and family in the summer. Time with family is Kevin's true peace.

Rachel Hinton

Director of Operations, TCS

Rachel Hinton is the Director of Operations at TCS, where she oversees the full scope of operations at TCS, from provider network and scheduling management to contract compliance and customer service, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so clients get what they need.

She has spent 15 years at TCS, starting as a Staff Interpreter and working her way up to Director of Operations. She is a Certified ASL interpreter (NIC), with deep roots in the Deaf community that shape how she approaches serving clients.

Outside of work, Rachel can be found tap dancing, cooking, and keeping up with her three little girls. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband.

Swanhilda “Swanie” McIntosh-Lily

Director of Learning, Strategy & Innovation

Swanhilda "Swanie" McIntosh-Lily is the Director of Learning, Strategy & Innovation at TCS, where they embed Deaf perspective and cultural-linguistic expertise into learning, strategy, client partnerships, and innovation. A Certified Deaf Interpreter and longtime educator, Swanie has led interpreter development programs for a national video relay service provider, coordinated the Deaf Access Program for the City and County of Denver, and taught ASL and interpreting at colleges and universities. A TEDxKU Edwards speaker, Swanie is passionate about creating communication environments where everyone can participate fully.

Outside of work, they enjoy pickleball, home remodeling, plants, and time with family.

Nicole Klichevski

Director of Business Administration & Compliance

Nicole Klichevski is the Director of Business Administration & Compliance at TCS Interpreting and Captions, where she partners with leadership to build the people, compliance, and risk infrastructure that lets the company scale with integrity — from HR and regulatory compliance to IT/cybersecurity, finance, and administrative operation oversight. With 15+ years of experience in operations and executive leadership, she's held roles ranging from Accounting & Operations Manager to Chief of Staff.

Outside of work, she's usually outside — chasing her husband and three sons around at whatever sport is in season, and, come fall, savoring a slow, cool morning with a good cup of coffee.
